- Please remember, the nature of this business is the one-of-a-kind and rare. Artisanal crafts, are found, after a lot of searching and researching. When i get new shipments they generally sell quickly. Check back frequently. If you have your eye on something, i urge you to reserve it early to avoid disappointment. There is no guarantee i can ever find the same thing again.
- PayPal is a safe, easy and reliable method of payment, available to residents of the USA and the following countries:

- Other international buyers: I accept all international orders but please be aware -- postage, insurance, and bank wire fees can get very expensive. (PayPal is better.) Some countries, i cannot send to insured. My bank charges additional fees to process various international items. Cheques or Money Orders, even if written in USD, that are drawn outside the USA from any bank (except Canadian items) will be assessed as much as a $25. service charge by my bank.
- NEW POLICY: I can no longer allow any returns. All sales are Final. This is to ensure you will carefully think thru your purchase, before placing the order. My goal is to have satisfied return customers. I will answer your questions in detail. Please take some time to learn or know your own sizes. Consider the information i gave for the item, refer to your books, or ask questions. - Shipping:
- I will ship as soon as your payment has been rec'd. (Usually within one or 2 days.) I do not wait for checks to clear. I believe doing business is a matter of mutual trust. I will keep you informed via email.
- If your item arrives damaged -- save all packaging and email me -- insurance claim will be processed thru the shipper. I've only had one item arrive damaged in 3 years -- it was during the holiday season -- and that was not so bad to warrant filing a claim. So, there's very little to be worried about. I use insurance mainly in the case of a lost package. (Which has NEVER happened. What a racket, right??)
- Charges:
- The costs of shipping jewelry are mostly for insurance. Please email your zip code or country and i can calculate it for you.
- The base rate for most packages is between $6 and 8. USD.
- If your purchase is around $450. to 500. and under 2 lbs -- you may want to consider USPS Express mail which includes insurance up to $500. and overnight delivery.
- $500. and over -- Quoted. Likely to use Registered mail.
